Overview

The BERLINRODEO [lab] opened with the theme ‘ATOMIC RED vs. PSYCHEDELIC BLUE’ on 100 square metres over two floors. It presents a mixture of design objects, including lights from A-N-D, furniture from String Furniture, Fleysen and Herleven as well as carpets from Rugstar and nomad. While some brands are permanently represented, others change depending on the theme.

As an art gallery, the [lab] starts with works by Yvette Hoffmann, a Stuttgart design craftswoman who creates a variety of everyday objects, graphics and ceramics, as well as the Berlin artist duo Atau Hámos and Antonia Prediger, who use adhesive tape to create fascinating worlds of colour and form in space.
